Opioid Change Package Practice Facilitator Training - Central Zone

What is it?

The Opioid Practice Facilitator training is designed to help Practice Facilitators and/or multidisciplinary teams learn and be equipped in influencing behaviors at the practice level to bring about improved care and harm reduction in a manner that is actionable to better serve Alberta patients and prepare primary care clinical teams in responding to the opioid crisis.

Who Should Attend?

PCN & Clinic staff in a Practice Facilitator role and/or Multidisciplinary teams.

  • Registration: 8:45am - 9:00am
  • Session: 9:00am - 4:30pm
  • Pre-Work will be assigned upon registration

*We encourage all participants to attend Practice Facilitator Training prior to Opioid Change Package IF Training.
