Growing participation in Community Information Integration and the Central Patient Attachment Registry (CII/CPAR) is making a difference to continuity of care for Albertans. Over 10,000 notices are sent each month to participating providers EMRs to inform them if a CPAR paneled patient has had a key event in AHS. These are opportunities for smoother transitions of care.
